Yoga + Plants = A Great Sunday

This class will be held on an outdoor tennis court in a high rise in downtown Denver, CO.  After booking you will receive a confirmation email followed by an email with the exact address and map of where the class will be located 24 hours before this class is scheduled to begin. The ability to book this class will end 12 hours prior to the class beginning.

This 75 minute class is a way for you to start your day in a grounding self-healing direction. An as an added bonus each student will be taking a propagated plant home from Blair’s plant collection!  It’s the perfect opportunity to take an in-person class while still following social distancing guidelines to keep all students and the instructor safe.  Following CDC guidelines, students will be spaced over 6 feet apart and must be wearing face masks, but may remove them after class begins if you need to drink water, feel short of breath, or have an underlying health condition.  This class will have limited availability so we can follow all safety guidelines.  All students must register online to reserve their spot in class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for entry to the building and for set up.  There will be ample free parking in downtown with it being Sunday morning.

25 to 30 minutes will be Yin Yoga which is a slower-paced, more meditative version of the popular physical and spiritual discipline of yoga. 45 to 50 minutes will be Vinyasa which is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance of the mind and body.
