Yoga Therapy for Youth 6 session series with Blair

This booking is for a 6 session series starting October 3rd to November 7th.

Sessions will be held Monday nights from 6:30- 7:15pm.

Your intake session will last between 45 minutes to 1 hour.

All yoga therapy sessions will last 30 to 45 minutes based on the clients needs that day.
