Malachite welcomes instructors from all walks of life, backgrounds, and training experiences. The greater our diversity, the better we are as a community.
We are a group of highly educated yoga instructors and yoga therapists building a platform to enable and foster the growth of our members’ respective yoga businesses.
In order to apply for membership in the Malachite Yoga Co-op, instructors must meet the following requirements:
Have or are in process of completing a 300hr yoga teacher training in addition to one’s original 200hr YTT
Received a referral from an existing Malachite Yoga Co-op instructor
Provide proof of general liability insurance
All instructors must follow Covid-19 CDC guidelines when teaching an in-person class, workshop, or private lesson.
Malachite Yoga offers two levels of membership for Instructors: Virtual and Physical
Unlimited Virtual Membership ($30/month)
Instructor Profile Page with bio and schedule of classes
Ability to update instructor profile information for bio two times a year
Classes displayed on Malachite’s master class calendar
Ability to add unlimited classes
Customization of class offering, including time, description, style, location (virtual or physical), and pricing
100% of student payments made directly to your own account
Class booking confirmations sent to all students
Ability to view bookings (including student names and email addresses ) for all your classes
Access to Malachite’s Zoom conference lines for conducting virtual classes
Tech support for you and your students with the MalachiteYoga.com website
Monthly voluntary members meeting, to connect with other members of the Malachite community
Optional monthly private meeting with Blair to discuss any questions, or upcoming offerings you want to add to the calendar
Basic Virtual Membership ($20/month)
Instructor Profile Page with bio and schedule of classes

Ability to list two classes or offerings per month
